Dr Nehal Patel graduated from Dr D. Y. Patil University, Mumbai and obtained post-graduation in Surgery from Y.M.T., Kharghar, Mumbai. She has studied Diploma in Proctology, certified by Dr Antonio Longo, Italy, widely considered the ‘Father of Proctology’.
Dr Patel is amongst the few proctologists in Mumbai, and probably the only leading female surgeon in a field that is witnessing a steep rise in the number of patients owing to faulty lifestyles. I went through a grade 3 hemorrhoids surgery at this hospital and overall experience was almost too good to be true. Visited for my pilonadial sinus operation it went all smoothly Dr. sayali kadam made me understand each and everything after care post the operation. Even my sinus and fisher problem was show with camera during consultation, unlike other traditional method of checking with fingers,which no other doctor did, everything was explained to me which i liked it. Initially i came for consultation my wife was not confident she had a review of consulting someone with more experience and better place.
